The operator and contact details

LightlyTools is operated from the United Kingdom by Andrew Wallace. This is the operator responsible for the website and the controller of personal information handled in running it.

For questions, problem reports or privacy requests, email zen.lightgames@gmail.com.

Using the tools

You may use the tools without an account or payment. Only process files and content you have permission to use. Do not use the website to harm others, infringe rights or interfere with the service.

Each tool describes supported formats, limits and relevant exceptions. Device resources and browser support affect processing. We may update tools, adjust limits or remove a feature. There is no promise that every file can be processed.

Your files and results

You keep your rights in the files and content you bring to the tools. Local processing does not transfer ownership to LightlyTools or its operator. Keep original copies and check downloaded results before relying on them.

Document conversion may not preserve interactive features, signatures or formatting. Image conversion can change quality and colour profiles. Data exports may be interpreted differently by spreadsheet software. Do not use a converted file as your only copy of important information.

Availability and responsibility

The tools are provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for useful and reliable behaviour, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free conversion or compatibility with every browser and file.

These terms do not exclude or restrict rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights and liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. The site does not provide professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains local file processing, ordinary hosting requests, theme preferences and correspondence. Advertising and analytics are disabled in this release.

These terms may be updated when the service changes. The revision date appears above. If you have a question about the service or these terms, use the contact details on this page.
